How to use

Add your costs
Add each expense with a category — venue, food, drink, entertainment, decorations, etc. Tick Paid to track what's been settled. The total and cost per person update automatically as you add items.

Track by category
The category breakdown shows how your budget is split — useful for spotting where costs are highest and where you might cut back. Click Print for a clean printout to share with co-organisers or keep as a record.
